Equity2Develop form a separate subsidiary company for each piece of real estate that is purchased, this enables us to isolate individual assets in order to ensure that investors have their rightful steak in the asset they are invested. 
Equity2Develop ensure investment capital is secured by issuing individual investors with their rightful proportion of shares in the subsidiary company which is used to purchase the asset. In addition to the shares, Equity2Develop place a restriction on the real estate acquired as a second form of protection for investors.
In the unlikely event that there is a default on the ability to repay the loan from investors, then the real estate will be sold and investors will be paid in accordance to their steak in the asset.

Who can invest?

Any individual who is over the age of 18; or a trust, company, the retail sector or charity that is not prevented by the laws of its governing jurisdiction from applying for, or holding Shares. Investors must also fall within one of the following categories: (i) certified high net worth investors (as per COBS 4.7.9R); (ii) certified sophisticated investors (as per COBS 4.7.9R); or (iii) self-certified sophisticated investors (as per COBS 4.7.9R); and for whom an investment in the Company can be assessed as being appropriate in light of their knowledge, experience and expertise.
