Our Story
Equity2Develop was formed to acquire real estate in order to provide comfortable homes to vulnerable children and young adults who are unable to live with their families due to a variety of reasons such as neglect from parents, parent illness and physical or emotional abuse.
Equity2Develop formed a partnership with a renowned children’s care home specialist Oakley House Care Services who are based in the borough of Kent, England. The partnership was formed to acquire underdeveloped real estate for the purpose of renovation and refurbishment.
Boasting over 20 years of experience in purchasing, building and renovating homes, we diligently purchase and refurbish real estate in order to create comfortable living spaces for the young children that Oakley House Care Services provides care for.
Due to the increasing demand for the UK Governments need to provide more housing for children in care, Equity2Develop was created to help boost the acquisition of real estate for Oakley House Care Services in order to keep more children safe and away from the dangers that come with living on the streets.
Investing with Equity2Develop allows UK & Oversea Investors to earn reliable returns whilst making socially responsible real estate investments. Investors have the ability to earn regular income payments and long term capital growth by making passive investments into the real estate that helps to support vulnerable children in care.
